Orders may be cancelled by the customer only before packing has commenced.

After an order has been packed or dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.

9. Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Due to the nature of organic and agricultural products, all sales are considered final.

Products including live earthworms, organic fertilizers, vermicompost, seeds, plants, and similar agricultural goods are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

Refunds or replacements may only be considered under exceptional circumstances including:

  • Verified duplicate payments
  • Confirmed non-availability of products after payment
  • Proven dispatch errors solely attributable to us

Any claim regarding damaged, missing, or incorrect products must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the shipment.

Claims must be supported by complete and unedited video evidence clearly showing the sealed package from the moment it is opened until the issue is fully visible. Partial recordings, edited videos, photographs, or incomplete evidence may not be accepted.

Our decision regarding such claims shall be final after verification.

Improper storage, handling, mixing, application, transportation, or usage may affect product performance.
